  1. Lovely B/Ws! Taking pictures of kids is such an amazing experience. Innocence is so much a part of their personality, it’s always there is their eyes!

You haven’t been posting a lot of pictures lately, Peter. Are you busy with an assignment or something?

    1. Absolutely agree with you Uday, there is so much spirit in these children’s eyes. No toys but plenty of smiles!
To be honest I’ve had tons on at home with the family etc and some work but looking forward to getting away again soon though!! :)

  2. I love the playful prettiness of the little girl in the dress, in the first shot, along with the demure smiles of the uniformed girls beside her. A gorgeous collection of bright eyes and I am mesmerised by the staring eyes of the babysitter.

  3. Wonderful images Peter and it amazes me ow quickly these children have to grow up in taking family chores and responsibilities as a done deal in their daily lives and yet the children still seem to manages a smile or two. Once again “Wonderful Images”

    1. Hi James many thanks as always for looking and commenting. I totally agree with you and it amazes me too; some of the manual work kids over there do wouldn’t be tolerated by adults here. They have incredible strength and character. It would be great if you went back there one day; I’d love to see the landscapes you’d come back with!

      1. You are more than welcome Peter and I have a couple of India trips planned as I do miss it so much but these trips are still very much at the planning stage. Just need to finish the restoration project before the final push to travel again.
Once again a hug thanks for your reply and kind words …I hope you have a great weekend!

  4. amazing shot Peter….you have gone to the core to take these shots…only people with a true taste do that…love your pics ….full of passion and emotions really

    1. Thank you Kavita. I like the way you put that. I think that it’s the people out there in the remote places, a bit out of town and away from the “new and industrialising” India who are at the core of the country!
I’m afraid that they are the one’s being left behind!

I very much appreciate your comment and the compliment :)
