Contemplation

Slough, Berkshire UK, 2014, A Sikh holy man plays an important part in the annual Vaisaki Parade. He is one of the “five beloved” of the Sikh Guru Gobind Singh Ji. The Parade winds through the streets with a following of thousands, from one Sikh temple to another.

    There is an amazing sense of calmness one feels in the Golden Temple. I know how much you love it and I can see it in this photograph too! Beautiful shot, Peter.

      I know you’ll appreciate when I say it was a stroke of luck that I got the shot in time as the downwards glance was brief. However to give myself a little bit of credit, we have to be there making our luck for it to happen at all!! :)
